These are nice bands. I have used them every day for two months without any issues. They do sometimes slip if I don’t place them flat. I really liked the colors, the pouch it comes in, and the level of resistance provided. I use these mostly for clams and squats. There is currently no sign of wear on them.

I bought these for my daughter after an injury she had. She’s an athlete so she’s always either doing rehab, physical therapy, or rehab for her sport. We loved these bands with different resistance, and they came in her favorite color purple. They have a large selection of colors that you can get them in. They were so versatile that she could use them with many of the different exercises she needed to do. Very effective. Great quality and she’s still using them! When you get them, they come with a cute little bag with a drawstring so you can take them with you to the gym, home, or even when you travel. My daughter took them all the way to Maui and back. Definitely recommend.

Overall good bands, but I I couldn’t use below the medium/ heavy or there was no resistance. I was hoping they would have been tougher, and the easy ones felt very thin and flimsy. Not sure how they will last long term.
