It has arrived, and installed. Attached to existing fridge waterline took a minute to find right connection ,but working fine now. Super nice having the pellet ice right on counter . Very easy to use and doesn’t look bad sitting there. Convenient to use also. Seems to built well. The only suggestion I would have is to have a clip on outside of unit to hang scoop. Other than that I love it. I would definitely buy again and if anyone is looking for a nugget ice machine and don’t have room for a large one , this is it.

I got this coffee maker as a Fatherโs Day gift and really enjoyed itโuntil it stopped brewing less than a month in. That was frustrating, but Ruby from customer service handled it quickly and professionally. She assessed the issue and had a replacement shipped right away.
The new unit has brewed four pots so far without any problems. Coffee tastes great and the machine is easy to use. If this one holds up, itโll be a great buy.
For now, 4 starsโexcellent support, but hoping this second machine lasts.

This nugget ice maker is great. Not only does it keep the ice from melting as fast due to the insulated door, it will make more ice to replace what little does melting. You add that to the fact that it can be conected to a line for auto filling with water, just an over all great addition to any household.
Customer July 2021 –
We got the coffee pot and used it for about 6 weeks. It was making wonderful coffee. A plus was it had a burr grider. It then stopped working the heater quit working. I got in touch with the customer service department. They were really wonderful. They listened and had me try a couple of things to see if we could get it working again. It was decided that the heater was not working.
In less than 8 days we had a brand new unit. Could not be happier.
The coffee is great again. I would recommend this company for sure.

Worked fine for less than 2 months. Then stopped brewing, grinder works but it didn’t brew. Don’t waste your money and time. Have a lot of coffee beans that I can’t use anymore because I went back to using keurig.

Customer service was excellent in helping me extend warranty to 15 months.
The size of the coffee maker was perfect. Just fit under cabinets. Narrow width left more room on counter. I like my coffee very strong so I set it for 8 cups with just over 6 cups of water. Comes out great. Easy to operate once you read the manual. Very happy with this purchase as I like to grind my own beans and this grind and brew with burr grinder was perfect.

While it took a few times to get the settings right for my taste of coffee, I’m 100% happy with this coffee grinder/maker! It’s easy to use, easy to clean, and easy to love. It does come with a reusable filter, but I am using paper filters too. Without the paper filters, I found that there was a little too much of the grind that came through the reusable filter. The paper filter takes care of it. I read some reviews that stated the water reservoir leaked and I have NOT had that problem at all. I like that you can set the temperature and flavor (intense, bold, etc). All in all AND for the price, this is a great addition to my morning routine.
