You know there is something about Dole! These large bananas not only look exactly like the picture, only a little less ripe, but you get 5 thick bananas that are extremely fresh and ready to eat, for $0.99. And, they taste incredible. Every other banana I’ve tried, whether that be from Trader Joes, Whole Foods, or Safeway, these are the best! They are very soft and would most likely be perfect and tasty to bake with also.

Sounds weird to praise produce, but these bananas were *perfect*! Beautiful, no bruises, just barely starting to get ripe. I couldn’t have picked better myself!

I was not happy with the quality of the bananas, they were already too ripe and I prefer them to be a little green (just like the photo); they went bad too fast.
Christine L. Ollerton –
Permanently green, one turned slightly yellow, so I tried to eat it. But nope, tastd very weird.
Julie Hagar –
Honestly, this banana lived up to everything I was promised. It was yellow. It was banana-shaped. It peeled like a dream. And yes—it tasted like… a banana. Sweet, slightly squishy, and full of potassium-fueled ambition.
No weird bruises. No existential crisis when I opened the peel. Just a solid fruit doing its job. It even came with its own biodegradable wrapper. Talk about eco-friendly snack tech.
If you’re wondering, “Should I buy a banana online?” the answer is yes—because sometimes you just need to embrace the weird and enjoy a well-traveled piece of fruit.
10/10. Would peel again.
Julie Hagar –
Arrived quite green and are still not ripe two days later. I guess it is better than them being overripe but all 5 will probably turn at the same time and I will have to eat them quickly.
