It’s a stainless steel spoon. It works. I use mine for my Rit Dye projects.

How did I live so long without this in my kitchen? These spoons are incredible. Sturdy but still light and easy to use. The design makes it super easy to baste with or to collect excess oil/fat from a pan when cooking. Great as a serving spoon too. Let’s you get every last bit of food out of the dish. Will buy more in the future for sure.

I use this spoon to stir the pot when I dye clothes on my stove. The handle length is perfect, and the spoon size is large enough to stir well. I could see it being very good for its intended purpose of cooking/basting as well. Definitely stainless as it still looks brand new after subjecting it to dyes and chemicals.

This spoon is a very simple, utilitarian, metal spoon. That is what I wanted and that is what I got. Still, I almost sent it back. It was so light that I thought I must have bought an aluminum spoon. It’s stainless steel as advertised even though it was deceptively light, a feature I am appreciative of now.
I plan to buy at least three more, perhaps more since we keep the food buffet full and warm when we have company.
