There was no manual on the type of exercises that can be done but there are brief pictures on the Amazon screen when you select the item.

I’ve been using this HVX vibration plate for a few weeks now, and overall it’s been awesome. If you’re looking for a full-body shake-up (literally!), this thing delivers: the vibrations are strong enough to feel real results in my legs, core, and even back, but not so intense that it’s uncomfortable. The Bluetooth feature is way more handy than I thought—it’s nice to stream music while working out instead of staring at a blank plate. The resistance bands are well-made and add good variety for squats, lunges, and other moves. Also love how slim it is; I can slide it under my couch when I’m done, so it doesn’t hog space.
Here are a couple of small caveats: the remote works great, but sometimes there’s a slight lag when switching between some modes. Also, the display could be a bit brighter—if you’re in a dim room, it’s a little harder to see. But neither of those are deal breakers for me.
If you’re on the fence, I’d say go for it—this machine gives great workout value, solid build, and more convenience than I expected.
