Its been several weeks since I bought this product. There is nothing wrong with it. Its very easy to put together and use within minutes of opening the box. My only complaint/concern is how well it really works. Besides using the product for chest exercises, there isnt much use for it. You can use it for biceps, triceps, and maybe one leg workout. But really, I never felt any resistance or gain from using the product for biceps or triceps. I will say the product seems to do help with the chest, but unfortunately you have to buy the other products with greater resistance to test that theory. Overall, the product is fine. The only reason I gave 3 starts is because I believe you could just as easily get results from doing pushups vs using this product.

It’s still too early to tell for certain, but I like the potential this device has for strengthening my chest, upper arms, and groin muscles. I wish the manufacturer had included the name and a YouTube link that demonstrates the full potential of this device. I chose this device over similar products, because it starts off with less tension than the others, and gives me an opportunity to gradually increased strength and tension.

This is a nice addition to my home gym. I have quite a few dumbbell sets, but this is a good switch up for a quick workout. It’s easy to use, but hard to use if that makes sense. It’s user friendly, but you will get a legit chest pump especially if you do it until failure. You can target several areas and the tension works extremely well. Its also easy to assemble. No complaints.

Solid build quality and portability. The two spring bars separate from the curved handles with the press of a button, making this an easy exercise tool to throw in your luggage. Not sure if I agree with the claim of 3-stage tension or the 60-lb resistance rating as there appears to be little change between the three settings and I doubt the resistance reaches 60-lbs but still there is plenty of resistance here to produce real results. I can definitely feel the difference in my chest and upper arm muscles. I may upgrade to the higher weight rating at some point in the future but for now I’m quite satisfied.

Quality made product with comfortable grips. This is easy to use and really isolates the arms, shoulders, lats and chest. Being disabled due to a back injury, I am able to workout without worrying about aggravating my pinched nerves. Would buy again.
