I have now purchased this mattress protector 5 times. I tried one for my own bed and loved it so much, I bought one for the spare bedroom and one for my son’s bed.
Pros:
1. It’s super comfortable under the sheets, you don’t even know it’s there 2. It doesn’t change the temperature of the bed at all which is nice 3. It fits my queen size bed perfectly and never pulls up on the corners because the side pieces are deep enough to wrap all the way under the mattress 4. It’s super protective, we’ve had blood spills on the bed as well as drink spills and none have ever made it through the protector to the mattress (my mattress still looks brand new) 5. It washes really well. It holds up well in my washer and dryer. The only reason I’ve had to replace one was due to a blood stain I couldn’t remove and I was afraid to bleach the protector and ruin it’s effectiveness.
Cons: NONE. Not a single one.

We have tested it with all bodily fluid and most recently, a black marker that spent the night uncapped on the bed (a huge black spot totally gone!) it washed well and my mattress had no sign of the carnage! I had initially bought a (not so cheap) mattress cover at Ikea for my 3-year-old’s new bed, it was useless to say the least and ruined his brand new mattress. After doing lots of research so as to not waste my money again I decided on this mattress protector and am I ever glad I did. It is super soft and comfortable, easy to clean, and most importantly VERY reliable. One night we accidentally forgot to put a diaper on him and despite him usually waking up with a completely soaked diaper not a single drop went through the mattress protector. Will be purchasing the same product again for my 1-year-old when the time comes.

One of the absolute best decisions I made when I purchased my new bed. I had a baby at the time and I wanted to ensure my new bed stayed new. I know I wanted to be double sure and ended up putting several layers of matress protectors on. This one was the top layer. It makes for a great topper. Fluffy soft durable my only issue which for me was not an issue because I have several protectors on at all most all times. This is not a waterproof barrier. It will keep small amounts of water off but anything over a few ounces of liquid you have to move fast to stop it from making it through to your mattress. I was relieved to have the bottom protector on my mattress still. But this is a great topper and not a bad price. Had to take a star because it allows liquid to make it to the mattress.

I bought this for my freshman dorm room because I wanted a 100% waterproof mattress protector so I wouldn’t get fined for messing up the dorm mattress and it worked great! I also knew I wanted a cotton top since I’m trying to use cotton only bedding since I get hot at night. This protector truly is 100% waterproof. First year in the college dorm means many people over and lots of fun parties before a party, which means lots of spills and messy young adults. This protector held up against all of it and kept my mattress nice and dry no matter the spillage. If it got stained I would just throw it in the wash with some bleach and oxi clean and it would come out like new! I’m moving to my first college apartment in August and I have a queen instead of a twin xl so I needed to buy all new bedding, and I knew I had to purchase this one again. If you have puppies or babies who are at risk for leakage and accidents, this will keep your mattress safe and keep you worry free!
