Assembly was quick and easy, and the chair looked promising at first. The seat height adjustment still works fine—but that’s about where the positives stop.
After less than a year, the footrest height adjustment stopped working. The rubber sleeve inside the bottom rail deformed and no longer holds position, even when the ring is at its lowest setting. This makes the footrest essentially non-functional.
The seat cushion is also lacking in long-term support. I’m 5’10” and 175 lbs, and after extended use, it compresses completely down to the base. A bit of memory foam or higher-density material would have gone a long way for comfort and durability.
To top it off, the chair makes a loud POP every time I lean back. All screws are secure, so it seems like something internal—maybe a weld or rivet—is compromised. Not confidence-inspiring.
Looked great on paper, but long-term quality just wasn’t there.

Assembly of this chair is super easy. Took about 20 minutes to assemble the chair and make sure all bolts were secure. Seat pad is very comfortable. The chair as a whole seems very sturdy and durable.

Everything is comfortable about this chair. It’s easy to adjust to the perfect height. The picture makes it look like the bottom half is very noticeable, but I use the chair at desk length and it looks like a normal desk chair. Very nice looking chair.

Height and options for good ergonomics really are amazing with this chair. Only complaint is that with the light colors, the stains don’t go away. I dropped tea on the cushion once and it now just has a very slight, but visible to me, stain. Maybe this is just the problem with light chairs, but be warned. Honestly though, this chair is super comfy, love he armrest options, and very easy to assemble!

I have to return this and up to 11 days for delivery on another chair hopefully this one comes in good condition. I will update my review. UPDATE , I received a message from the seller apologizing for the condition of the first chair . That was very helpful and gave me the confidence that I might still get a great product my new chair Arrived in excellent condition and I truly love this chair . It’s very easy to assemble and feels so comfortable. Love it . It’s perfect for a sit and stand desk . GREAT CHAIR ! Great customer service as well.
