This absolutely helped me a lot when I have breakouts. It’s sometimes a little difficult to peel off, but overall it’s great.
I’m deducting a star because it’s pretty darn expensive. Other brands are slowly coming out with their own acne patches to compete with this. I’m hoping there will be more consistent sales, because this is definitely not worth the full price.

I’ve tried plenty of acne spot treatments, but these patches are by far the most effective. I put one on at night and by morning it pulls out everything without irritating my skin or leaving it dry. They’re comfortable enough to sleep in and stay put even if you move around. I like that they’re clear and discreet, so I can wear them during the day if needed. They also help me stop touching spots, which makes healing faster. Great product to keep on hand for those surprise breakouts.

The PERFECT patch for whiteheads. I have used several brands – from other top known names to generic – and these patches always pull the most gunk out! They’re odorless (not all brands that I’ve tried are) and the “stickiness” is a 10/10 (again, not all brands I’ve tried have this great of a “stick”). Super simple to apply and remove!
They work so well that I’ve noticed my skin will almost ripple from dryness if I use them multiple nights in a row on the same spot – so heed caution there. I think I was overdoing it on a few cystic like pimples 🙂
I also love that it only has one ingredient – simple and pure for my sensitive skin.

I’ve been using these patches for several years, and they’re hands down the best solution I’ve found for pimples.
The trick that works best for me is I lightly scratch the surface of the pimple (I use a product called tinkle razor – I know, weird name, but useful) before applying the patch. Doing that helps the patch really get to the underlying gunk and pull it all out. By morning, the spot looks noticeably smaller, less red, and so much easier to cover with makeup if needed.
What I love most: Overnight results: I put it on before bed and wake up with clearer-looking skin Strong adhesion: it stays on all night, even if I toss and turn Non-irritating: I’ve never had redness or dryness after removing one
Note – I never wear them during the day because on my skin, it’s not discreet enough to wear in public (can’t cover it with makeup).

The Mighty Patch has become a “must have” in my medicine cabinet. It is incredibly easy to apply, and has been very effective for me. They stay in for hours at a time.
I have a cystic acne condition. When I get flare-ups, they are very deep and painful. Per recommendation of my dermatologist, I have started to put these patches on my flares. It helps bring them to a head and get quick relief from the pain!
Also, this has been great in treating the occasional regular white head zit as well.
