Easy to put together – I was able to do it by myself in about an hour! The directions aren’t super clear, but you can figure it out pretty easily. The hardest part was the 4 nuts and bolts that had to be tightened against each other with the screw head and wrench, but again it was doable. Make sure you keep the screws somewhat loose until everything is in, and then tighten it all at the end! No squeaking, no movement, very sturdy. It has not been slept on yet, but laying on the mattress and moving around I have not had any issues. This is perfect for our guest room and is a true full sized bed frame. It is 14″ as advertised. I did put floor pads underneath the 9 spots to prevent the floor from scratching. (note: not fully assembled in first picture)

One of my biggest concerns was whether it would line up properly with my existing headboard, but it fit perfectly. The brackets were right where they needed to be, and I didn’t have to do any modifications or adjustments. Once everything was tightened, the bed felt solid—no squeaks or wobbling at all.
What really sets this frame apart is the height. It sits higher off the ground than some others I looked at, which gives the bed a more elevated feel. It makes the room feel more open and also adds a practical bonus: I can now slide some of the larger kids’ toys underneath the bed for convenient storage.
