I’ve been running this for 8+ hours a day for a year and it is still working fine. The change filter light has not yet come on. The lowest fan setting is quiet enough it makes a nice background hum to fall asleep to, and isn’t loud enough I will notice during the day while I’m working on my computer from my bedroom, over the fans of my computer. Although, and maybe I’m wrong, the fan may be slightly louder or slightly uneven-sounding after a year of use, but if so it is not enough to bother me.
I mostly got this air filter for the big pre-filter to get rid of the dust in my bedroom, which I also work from. Every month or so I pull out the pre-filter, blow or carefully vacuum out the dust, and replace it. So far the change-filter light has not come in. This filter is also useful as a general fan, like to clear the air in my room if it starts to smell from food I’m eating or something like that. I got it right after the smoky California wildfires of 2020 when the air quality was terrible indoors if you left a window partway open or if your doors were not well sealed, however those conditions have not recurred so I can’t say if it helps with that type smoke.
The night light is nifty but rather bright even on the lowest setting even for a bedroom in my opinion. It only works while the fan is running. The light cannot be run separately.

Cela fait maintenant deux ans que je l’ai et que je l’utilise. Appareil efficace si on le laisse longtemps dans une grande pièce et peu de temps dans une petite. Je suis légèrement sujet aux allergie, cad que l’allergie me met sur les rotules seulements 1 ou 2 semaines (cumulé) par an et quand je ne vais pas bien en été je le lance. J’ai aussi eu l’occasion de l’utiliser lors d’un enfumage. Très performant cela dit j’ai du changer le filtre et lui faire prendre l’air quelque jours au garage pour supprimer l’odeur de fumer de la machine. Je recommanderai donc l’appareil pour des utilisations ponctueles, pour des personnes avec une allergie moyenne ou faible. En marche moyenne ou faible très peu bruyant sauf si vous êtes du genre à ne pas dormir au moindre bruit. Bonne expérience me concernant.
Édition: cela doit maintenant bien faire 5 ans que je l’ai et il fonctionne toujours très bien. Le filtre reste propre longtemps également si utilisé dans une pièce relativement propre et à une fréquence faible.

Wir haben dieses Gerät gekauft, da mein Mann und ich beide Raucher sind, aber den Geruch nicht mehr in der Wohnung haben wollten. Fazit nach einer Woche : der Geruch ist weg !
Zum Design : Das Gerät sieht aus wie eine überdimensionale “Alexa”.. Elegant und schlicht…. gut das der Lüfter nicht reden kann …. haha
Verarbeitung : Ich finde ihn sehr gut verarbeitet. Wirkt nicht billig und lässt sich einfach öffnen um den Filter zu wechseln bzw um den ersten Filter einzulegen. Einfach das Gerät auf den Kopf stellen und minimal nach links drehen, dann kann der boden abgenommen werden.
Handhabung: Wirklich kinderleicht. Oben sind ein paar Knöpfe, ein/aus Schalter, Licht , filteranzeige und einer um die Stufen 1-3 einzustellen. Das Licht ist ein Nice to have, ich brauche es aber nicht… 1x drücken = Licht an, 2x drücken = Licht gedimmt, nochmal drücken = Licht wieder aus. Von der Lautstärke her kann ich sagen, er ist super leise! Auf 2 höre ich ihn garnicht… die PS4 meines Mannes macht deutlich mehr krach. Auf Stufe 3 ist er aber gut zu hören… würde ich eher laufen lassen, wenn ich nicht zu hause bin. Bei Stufe 1 musste ich genau hinhören, da ich dachte er sei ausgeschaltet und ich bin sonst sehr empfindlich was Geräusche angeht.
Das Gerät steht bei uns im Wohnzimmer und läuft seit einer Woche ohne Unterbrechung. Ich bin vollauf zufrieden mit dem Gerät, da nun nichts mehr nach Rauch riecht. Wir haben auch 2 Stubentiger, in weit das Gerät auch Fell, Hautschuppen und Hausstaub aufnimmt , kann ich noch nicht beurteilen. Dafür werde ich in einem Monat einen Nachtrag schreiben. Die Anleitung ist in mehreren Sprachen vorhanden, darunter auch Deutsch und sehr gut verständlich. In älteren Rezensionen war der Nachkauf der Filter anscheinend ein Problem, welches mittlerweile behoben ist. Ich habe nachträglich einen Filter Bestellt und der kam innerhalb von 24 Stunden via Amazon Prime.
Alles in allem sind wir sehr zufrieden und ich würde ihn definitiv wieder kaufen 🙂

Dopo quasi tre anni di utilizzo e aver cambiato più volte i filtri vi racconto che questo è il rumore che accompagna le mie notti. Prodotto splendido, facile da usare, i filtri sono abbastanza economici e funziona davvero. Soffro di rinite allergica stagionale da quando ho 8 anni (30 anni dopo e vari apparecchi e cure credo ancora che la migliore cura per la rinite sia la qualità dell’aria). Per me questo prodotto è fantastico, lo sposto tra la cucina e la camera da letto, non lo trovò particolarmente rumoroso anzi quasi non mi addormento più se non sento il rassicurante rumorino delle sue ventole. Mi è caduto tre volte, ho cambiato credo 5 filtri finora ma funziona magnificamente. Unico neo… se avete appena cambiato il filtro fatelo andare per due o tre orette all’inizio in ambiente areato… ho notato che se i filtri sono nuovissimi l’aria sa un po’ di chimico all’inizio … poi invece rimuove odori, polveri e allergeni. Per me ha un rapporto qualità prezzo imbattibile

I’ve been loving it. It cleans the air right up producing a cool fresh stream of air through the top.
If you place it on the ground, you’ll need to occasionally twist the bottom plastic plate off to clean the area from hair and fuzz, as the intake is directly on the bottom. It seems intended to be placed on an elevated surface, and although it’s compact, it’s still a shiny white eyesore. A cute shiny eyesore.
It’s got 3 levels, with level 1 being great for a really quiet slight wind noise. Very much a forgettable background noise. At level 2 it immediately becomes audible white noise, like sleeping in a car-but in the background. At level 3 it sounds like we’re skydiving with Tom Cruise.
It’s been running non-stop at level 1 and 2 and the occasional 3 for a few months and I have not had any issues with it. The blue light at the top, with 2 intensity modes, is a nice and effective feature.
I haven’t needed to replace a filter yet, but that’s all relative to someone’s situation. The aftermarket filter cartridge replacements look like budget friendly options, just like this filter machine.
I don’t really have any criticisms for the filter machine, besides me wishing it had more gradual power settings (1-10) which would cost them almost nothing to implement. Great product so far.
