I bought these to replace similar ice cube trays I bought from a local discount store that were difficult to use and degraded quickly. For the price, I was not expecting these to fare much better, but after a year of use they are still holding up like new, and it genuinely is easy to pop out the cubes pretty much straight from the freezer (wait a few moments and they come out even easier). No need whatsoever to thaw out under hot water. The lids work really well too for stacking, won’t leak as long as they’re on tight (they snap on pretty easily) and you don’t overfill the trays. The cubes are a bit smaller than ones from old school ice cube trays so be aware of that, but four trays gets you 56 cubes. And for all that, hard to beat the price. Very satisfied with purchase.

These are nice, easy to use trays. Cubes are a nice size as well, and pop out without any effort or having to run water over the trays. ( Remember the OLD aluminum trays with the handle?!) LOL! 😀 The color I ordered was a pastel mint green. (Its never seen in the freezer much!) My plus is the lids. So nice to cover the water so as it does not attract other smells and it stacks well to avoid spills walking them to the freezer. I have only had them a few weeks now ( June 2025) and empty and fill them about every 2 days. They seem to be holding up quite well under the usage they get!. The freeze speed has nothing to do with the trays, its your freezer, so no comment on that. And the color, like I said, they aren’t seen that much but a little color doesn’t hurt no matter where it is at.

These trays work well. I’ve been using them for about a year and a half, refilling almost every day. They’ve held up just fine with no cracks. I don’t use the covers anymore and just lay them out in a row.
I leave the trays out of the freezer for a couple of minutes when they’re done, give them a good twist, and most of the cubes come out easily. Any stragglers are easily removed by pressing on the silicone bottom.
My only complaint, and bad on me for not reading the description, is that they’re pretty small. I just assumed all ice cube trays come in the “American Super Size” variety. These would actually be really good if you didn’t have a lot of freezer space. Full size tray for reference.
Overall good quality and I would buy again.

Easy to fill-dont fill to full Comes with a lid for stacking the other tray on 2 to all 4 off them in the freezer without making a mess. When removing ice cubes, let it rest maybe 30 seconds and ice cubes with pop right out. Nice size cubes I just love these trays

I’ve been using these ice trays for around over a year now and so far have been mostly satisfied with them.
Retention These ice trays have pretty good retention and can hold a good amount of water. Unless the silione bottom parts get damaged, these can hold quite a bit.
Ice Quality The ice made with these trays are pretty good as long as, like mentioned before, the bottom does not get damaged. Or get anything dirty in the water. I haven’t experimented with this but I think they would work well for making frozen treats in.
Freeze Time This of course depends on the temperature of your freezer but I feel like these may help water freeze up a bit faster somehow. This is great if you use a lot of ice all day.
Shape The shape of these trays are nice, and so are the colors. Not only do they work well, but they are also cute and aesthetically pleasing. The size of both the trays and the ice made in them are
Ice Capacity These trays have 14 pockets in them each, and with 4 trays that makes 56 ice cubes in total if you fill them all up at once. Once again this is great if you use a lot of ice. We do so that’s been a plus.
Size The measurements on these trays are 9.84″L x 3.94″W x 1.18″H. This gives you decent sized ice cubes that last a good while as long as its not too hot.
I have taken off one star only for the fact that the silicone bottoms are a bit soft and easy to get damaged, which they have before. Because of this I’ve had to buy replacements, but I’m not upset because overall I do love these trays especially for the price and that’s why I chose to buy these again. And if they get damaged again I will continue to buy more vs other brands.

I can’t really recommend these. First one arrived with one of the lids cracked. They replaced it promptly but now that I am trying to use them – the lids just sit on them, are not secure. I had to put rubber bands around them to keep the lids on. I cannot recommend these.
