I’ve been eyeing warming mats for quite a while. I didn’t realize how versatile they are until this one arrived. I can keep side dishes warm for meals, a great feature for upcoming family gatherings when I don’t have enough chaffing dishes. However my favorite use so far has been to ferment my dough. We recently started to learn how to make breads and rolls from scratch and this mat cuts down on our waiting time. I like how easy it was to set up. The different temperature controls and timer are nice features but I love that it’s capable of being locked so that my little ones don’t monkey with it. It’s easy to wipe clean, it takes up way less space than more large crockpots or chaffing dishes. This will definitely be a regularly used tool in the kitchen!
