I used to buy bags of nugget ice every other day. Not anymore! This ice machine is great! The different color lights make it easy to know what it needs, it constantly recycles the water so you never run out of ice. Best of all, the ice comes out nice and chewy!

I love my ice machine! Although I loved (and still do love) my it, I experienced a bit of a problem shortly after receiving it. Rarely have I ever experienced the amazing customer service as I have with this company! At my first contact with the company, I was treated cordially and with a caring attitude. So much so that I was skeptical that there wouldn’t be any follow up. I was pretty close to stunned when not only was there follow up but follow through as well. The customer service rep, Stella, was beyond wonderful. I not only highly recommend the ice machine but also purchasing from this company.
As for the machine itself, it is quality made. It makes ice quickly and the flavor (I use bottled water) is outstanding. It makes about 10 cubes in 6 minutes. I love that it recycles the water through the machine. The cleaning cycle takes about 30 minutes and I run that about 1-2X per week. Size-wise: it is compact and doesn’t take up much counter space. I originally bought it for my motorhome (which it is perfect for), but love it so much that I keep it in the house as well as taking it with us.
I’ve read a few negative reviews and just wonder…did they first try contacting the seller before writing the review? It is worth it to have the problem rectified quickly and I’m a happy customer.

Calling a “nugget” ice machine is misleading. I was excited for sonic style ice, but they’re just tiny cubes. The app was a nightmare to setup, and I’m a computer and network engineer. Set the schedule for the work week, it worked the first day. Second day no ice. Machine didn’t follow schedule. You have to manually turn the light on/off each time as it has no memory apparently. Using distilled water per instructions still has a slight plastic taste. I’m hoping this is temporary. I want to love the machine but it has even more quirks. It makes weird sounds. Not while making ice but when done. It’s pretty quiet overall except the weird buzzing sounds it randomly makes. 2 star gone for not being the sonic ice as the description leads you to believe. 1 star for the weird sounds, and 1 star for not following the schedule, holding light mode, and taste.

It makes ice, it is easy to clean with the built in self cleaning function, it has run for over 9 months 24/7 and not faltered once. I’m not going to bother going into details on how great it is at making ice, it makes ice and does it well, as expected. Noisier than my fridge, but still very quiet. I’ll just add that for the self cleaning you may want some more details, so here you go:
Move the machine so the front is hanging over your sink and pull the drain plug out to let all the water out, empty the ice bucket, remove the ice bucket, scoop, and small filter at the bottom of the tank (left side.)
Reinstall the drain plug, add half a cup bleach to the tank, fill the tank the rest of the way with HOT water till it can’t hold any more (yes, that means going above the max fill line all the way to the top of the tank) then hold the power button for five seconds till the Add Water light starts flashing. This is the self cleaning cycle, let it run for half an hour.
Come back and pull the drain plug out, let all the nastyness drain out into your sink, replace the drain plug, refill to the top with clean HOT water, run the cleaning cycle one more time.
After half an hour drain the machine, reinstall the filter and ice basket (that should have been cleaned by hand/with dishwasher) and refill with water to the max line.
That is how you do a true deep clean of most countertop ice makers that all look very similar on Amazon (because they’re all rebranded versions of the same thing.)
To answer what will probably be the most common question; no, my ice does not smell or taste like bleach. I live in a house of five people and none have any complaints. I do this cleaning every three months.

Bought this as a convenient way to fill an ice machine to prevent swelling after surgery. It was a true helper. Have used for parties too. Filled enough ice within 8 hours for a couple of days. While recuperating ran the machine to replenish supply.

I’m truly impressed with this ice maker. I was unsure since it was on the cheaper side. I’ve been using for about 3 weeks. It’s quiet. It makes ice quickly. Easy to clean. The size was perfect for the counter in my rv. I have zero complaints so far.

I bought this for my daughter who eats a lot of ice when she is expecting a baby. This is the ice she wanted, easier to crunch than regular ice. This creates nugget ice. Taste is great ans the machine isn’t too loud.

I bought this pellet ice maker because my freezer’s ice maker was beginning to fail. I’ve had it for a week and am very impressed. I had some concerns that the pellet ice wouldn’t hold up as well as the ice cubes from my freezer. I was pleasantly surprised that the pellet ice held up better than the cubes in my iced coffee and Thermos water jug. The ice in the water jug lasts over twelve hours. I turn the ice maker on when I make my first coffee, and it has a usable amount of ice within an hour. The ice bin fills within two hours. I leave it on, and it stops making ice when the bin is full. Then, it resumes making ice once enough ice has melted to create space for new ice. It has also been easy to clean.
