It paid for it self in full. it is very Quiet the only thing that is loud is a ice dropping into the bucket. To me it seems like it makes a lot faster than what it’s told it does. I would recommend this for anybody who loves eating and is it on a very low budget I highly recommend this I bought the blue one it’s very lovely.

I have to have ice like 24/7 I have anemia and I know I’m not supposed to eat ice but I just have to have it all the time lol. So I bought this ice machine to put into my bedroom lol. It’s amazing especially when it gets soft ! So good love that I don’t have to beg my boyfriend anymore to bring me ice from down stairs ever 10 mins. Ice is done pretty quickly as well! GO BUY THIS!

What a delight to have large or small ice whenever I want it. This icemaker is fast and efficient. Makes cubes that are large enough to stay cold for awhile. When it’s full, I just put the ice in a pitcher in the refrig and keep making ice. Cool blue color adds accent to my kitchen. Best customer service ever!!!! Accidentally, I put too much pressure on the plug and it popped out. Wrote to company and Jessie ordered me a new one free of charge. When first one didn’t come, he reordered and voila, it was here in two days. Super communication. Thank you thank you thank you!

Thanks to another reviewer, I saw that using distilled water makes crystal clear ice. I also learned that if you keep the machine running 24/7 you don’t need to keep the ice in a freezer. Even though the tray area is not temperature controlled, it is insulated and when the ice does start to melt it just makes new ice. We use the machine a ton! My husband was going through an ice obsession and we were buying 5 22 lb bags at a time and storing them in coolers till they melted. Our ice machine on our freezer is broken and we have no room for bags of ice! Plus, Waste of money and my poor back! Now we have ice without the ugly coolers all over my living room! So happy with this purchase!

I was so nervous to buy this because of all the comments saying it’s really loud and the ice tastes bad. Ice doesn’t taste bad, and the noise isn’t bad at all. Of course it’s going to make some noise when the ice cubes drop. Yes the ice cubes are wet because like it clearly says in the Manuel it’s not a freezer. So I put a couple of batches in a gallon ziplock for ten minutes bang it on the ground and put it in the ice bin. May sound like a lot but it truly isn’t for the amount of ice me and my boyfriend go through. It’s so much better than dealing with the trays. We have a water and ice maker in our fridge/freezer but we’re renting, the guys not so cool, so I don’t want to hook him up, spend money, and do the work. Lol. I’ve had it for two weeks so far.

My only complaint about this product is that I wasn’t paying enough attention and paid $49.99 for shipping. I would have ordered a different color because this matches nothing in my kitchen. 🙁 The product makes ice quickly depending on the ambient temperature of the room. So far no problems at all. It is smaller than the last one I had which gives more space on the counter.
