This is a great computer – small, easy to get running, and arrived on time. I had a power cord that wasn’t working and the seller got back to me quickly to replace it. Thank you!

I was very surprised with what I received. Some of the info provided is incorrect. The computer is a mini with demention of 7×1.4×7.2. The info on Amazon indicated it was 20x14x3 which is incorrect. The picture also shows a WIFI antenna jack that does not exist. However, I was provided with a USB 2.4G WIFI and Bluetooth dongles. I use wired Ethernet so this was not a concern. The info was correct about every other feature. The CPU is gen 9 which permits the installed Win11 Pro OS. Memory RAM and SSD is as specified. I was actually delighted that the size was the mini size instead of the larger computer as it fits my entertainment system needs. Plays streaming video flawlessly and performs like a much larger computer. Very good price. I recommend this purchase if you are looking for a great little but powerful computer.
An update. While these computers are a very good value, I didn’t check my units to ensure the advertising was accurate and the hardware adverised was actually installed. One of the two I bought came with a 2.5″ SSD instead of the M2 SSD. I did not notice this until after the 90 day return period had expired. I bought an M2 SSD, installed the image and found out why they made the swap. I tried installing an image of the 2.5″ drive to the M2 drive but it would not boot but I don’t know why. I ended up installing a fresh copy of W11 which worked fine. It took an addition $100 to correct these issues. Wish I had noticed this in time to resolve. A non-standard power supply was provied, one designed for the older versions of laptops which is very large, and the computer complained about the non standard unit. I had to buy a new power supply from Dell to resolve this issue.

Good product and good value for money. Overall, it is Dell micro desk top computer at a good price. “I’m really pleased with this product”. Overall, a great value.

Good product so far, had to buy for work. It says it is HDMI but they are all display ports and your hdmi cables will not work without an adapter. Mine did come with one, but I need 2 monitors so I had to buy another. Also only came with a 65W power cable and when you power it on it says it needs at least 90W so now it runs slower. Had to order a different power cable too. Reached out to both the seller and Amazon and they both said there’s nothing they can do besides replace the whole pc. I was able to get some credit through Amazon to purchase said products since it did not come as described.

I was a little skeptical about this PC due to its physical size and price however I am very happy with my purchase. I needed a Windows 11 PC for my WFH/Remote call center job that would have the required processor speed, RAM, and hard drive space. It’s very compact, functions as well as a normal sized PC, high speed processor, sturdiness, very quiet running (practically no noise) and boots up quickly. I don’t know if it has wifi as I’m required to have my equipment hardwired to internet and haven’t bothered to check.

I work in IT and order about 8-10 of these mini desktops a month, usually from a different seller. I’ve not had any problems with them until now. I did not like the image that was installed, so I tried to fresh install windows 11. Getting to that point was annoyingly difficult, as these devices are set up to ignore bootable media by default. The BIOS is old, clunky, and loud, making obnoxious beeps and boops. Took a while to find that setting (probably buried on purpose). Seeing as how it was running on windows 11, I figured there wouldn’t be any issues, but I was wrong. I get an error that the device isn’t capable of running the OS it’s currently on… that doesn’t make sense. I tried installing Windows 10 instead, it would say disk needs to be MBR not GPT, so I’d convert, and it would say it needed to be the other format. The only way I was able to get a fresh version of Windows on this thing was by replacing the SSD entirely. 0/10, would not recommend unless you have a spare SSD lying around. These refurbs seem to be specifically designed so that you HAVE to rely on their ineffectual tech support staff. No thanks. Will avoid this seller like the plague from hereon.

Awesome refurbished computer , very small in size

The trend toward compact computer systems led me to this one from MicroDeal after my elderly tower computer motherboard failed. I was fascinated with the small size yet fully functional features of this system that was also fully serviceable for drives, memory, and a few other components. And I am not disappointed in the least. This is a ninth generation Intel product that is quite snappy, and the purchase of a refurbished product means considerable cost savings. The included SSD (NVMe by ADATA) had Windows 11 pre-installed, so I configured it even though I don’t use Windows other than to see what Microsoft is up to. Instead, I use my own 2.5″ SSDs and HDDs to play with linux distributions (Fedora, Ubuntu, Manjaro, MX), which are entirely supported on this hardware. I am pleased with this little machine and highly recommend it.

Great system, easy to set up. So small yet so powerful and for a great price. Support only sends back prerecorded messages and they do not answer questions directly so you must depend on the description in the header and NOT the pictures or additional descriptions. But, the product is fantastic!
