We love this nugget ice maker. We only use bottled water to feed it. We have well water and it’s really hard so I don’t want to damage my ice maker. It makes ice super fast. I can fill my husbands cup and by the time Im done exercising theres enough ice for my cup! It doesn’t take up too much space on the counter. Good quality so far.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!! This has been the best investment ever! We have had for almost 2 months now and use it all day everyday. Just like the soft sonic ice! Even though it is not the biggest ice machine, the basket will immediately fill again in about 5-10 minutes, so you don’t have to wait long. And we store it up in ziplocs in the freezer also. My family loves this ice machine. So easy to to set up also.

I owned a business (not a restaurant) that had an industrial ice machine that produced ‘Sonic’ type ice. It absolutely ruined me for any other type of ice. I retired and my family sold the business, so I decided to try to find a little ice machine to fit on the kitchen counter. One that would make soft pellet type ice. I found one! This one is relatively quiet, it looks nice, I can put about 20 oz of water in it at a time and it quickly makes ice. Now, I’m used to an industrial strength ice maker, so it doesn’t make a lot at a time, but I think it makes enough for a family. I highly recommend it!

I got the ice maker in September 2024. In April it started making a loud noise and silver particles would be in the ice and at the bottle. I only ever use bottled water in my ice maker because I like to chew the ice. I reached out to customer service. At first we went through troubleshooting to fix the problems. I was initially told that the noise was normal but it didn’t always make that noise so I wasn’t sure if it was true. After I reminded them about the silver particles they sent a replacement. Gloria was the customer service rep and she did very well to resolve the issue and get another one to me quickly. I gave 3 stars because of my experience with the first one. I love the machine before all this. Hopefully this one lasts longer.

If giving a zero star was an option that is what I would choose. This product was purchased in November of 2024, and did not even LAST A FULL YEAR! We started having issues with this ice maker in late August with a horrible loud whirring sound. My husband concluded that the compressor motor had failed within 8 months. We reached out to customer service via email and phone calls and have not heard back from ANYONE at this company. Customer service has literally been nonexistent and we are less than impressed with service we have received.
