Broke after 2 weeks. Used 5-6 times then no coffee would come out of portafilter 2 holes. Cleaned with brush, water backed up when coffee in metal disc and when empty. Poor design with no drainage holes on disc. Instructions and site doesn’t list size so I couldn’t replace with a different brand, Instructions say to not “fill past max” line but there are no lines, marks or max line on the metal discs. Half the time my milk did not froth – only heated,

Espresso machine is SO simple and easy to use! I pressed the clean option a few times just because stuff did keep coming out (which is what it says to do FIRST before using) but it’s all clean water now!
I paid $70 for this machine and I’m very pleased with the functionality and the ease of use. I washed all of the pieces that I could, and used bottled water for the water container.
The milk frother is great and gives you a good amount, and the coffee is delicious!! Now I can save money by just using this!! I love my lattes!! The taste is rich and very smooth, it will need time to “break in” to get that “coffee shop” taste but I am not complaining of the quality! (I use Starbucks’ blonde espresso coffee grounds) My other coffee machine was NOT as good as this one and I’m absolutely in love with this one!
My only issue is how loud it is, but every time I hear it I just can’t complain because the aroma this machine makes is just!!!!!— 😍😍😍 10 stars if I could!!!
P.S MOVE THE MILK FROTHER TUBE TO YOUR MUG BEFORE PRESSING THE CLEAN OPTION!! Or else water will spill everywhere!! SO easy to clean! The value of this is great!!

After 2 trips to Cuba and 2 weeks in Europe, I decided I needed an espresso machine. I purchased a manual one only a few months ago and then decided I wanted to upgrade to one that has a built in frother. I just could never justify the expense of a machine that’s $500+. I wasn’t sure about the Chefman brand because of the negative reviews on the older model, but my patience paid off when I seen this model had come out not long ago and then it went on sale in January. I did purchase the cheap extended warranty.. as a precaution.
So far I’m loving it!! I love that I can take the milk reservoir out and store it in the fridge until needed. It’s easy to take out with a little tilt action. It’s super easy to clean. The water tank is a great size. Noise level is expected with the steam. I can add extra froth with a simple touch of a button.
Sure, all metal manual “D name brand” machine will probably way last longer than this BUT the convenience of not having to stand and operate the entire dispensing of my coffee or have to do the frothing is worth it to me. I put the milk reservoir in, load my grinds, add my cup, point the froth dispenser into the cup, touch a button and walk away until ready!
