I returned this item not because I was not happy with but because it did not fit properly under my cabinet. When I needed to add water to take out ice, I needed to move it forward. Well after trying 2 other ones, and not happy with either one, I’m reordering this one and will deal with moving forward the ice maker when I need to put water and get ice. The other ones, one the gray was too small and did not make enough ice, the other one when filling the water and getting ice would make a mess.

I like it. There is minimal noise (don’t know that the others are talking about) and it’s quite easy to use. I use distilled water since I like clear ice. The only concern would be that when the basket needs to be emptied, there is still some water with the ice. When you pour it into a freezer container, it will be clumpy due to re-freezing of water. My simple solution is to dump the basket of ice into a gallon ziploc bag and place it in the freezer. After an hour or two, I simply bang the bag with a meat mallet and it crumbles. I then pour it into my ice container. Yes, I would buy this product again.

We are extremely unhappy with our BREEZOME Ice Maker Countertop Machine. The first 4 weeks it worked fairly well. It made great ice- size & amount was adequate. Over time quality of ice cubes changed. Started out as full shape, decreased to being about 1/3 of the original size. Specifications of icemaker says it will make 9 cubes in 6 minutes, ours started to make only 3-4 cubes in 6 minutes. We were disgusted with quality of the machine and purchased another icemaker.

It’s a good ice maker. Makes ice fast and efficient…..my only complaint is the ice is small. Even on “large” size, and melts easily in drinks and must be put in the freezer SOON after it’s formed. Otherwise it’s a nice little unit and a good alternative to buying a whole fridge just for an ice maker.

I love this thing! Produces bullet ice, can control the size, from small to large. The ice doesn’t get extremely hard, similar consistency to tiny balls of ice sometimes found in restaurants. This produces ice so fast, I think I’ll get a container for the freezer to store extra. When basket is full, it will stop producing, until you take a scoop or 2 out, then it dumps in the last load it made. Couldn’t be happier with this.

NUTS ABOUT THE SIDE DRAIN!! those others with bottom drains are awful! 30 day used. it works very well, quick freeze, maybe 7 min or so. Noise level isn’t loud. No leakage. Easy to use. I love the window & light! the basket is smaller than our previous maker, but I just bag & freeze as it fills until we have several. Then I drain, do a quick clean & turn it off till we start running low on ice – there’s just 2 of us, so we don’t need tons of ice. I hate to have it on 24//7 where it just keeps melting & refreezing – to me it’s a waste of energy & hopefully it will extend the time on the compressor, etc. I would definitely recommend it. Note: I’ve seen reviews re: issues with returns or replacements (of various items, not necessarily this one) but I’ve never experienced any issues with Amazon refunding or replacing any purchase, so if you have issues, don’t wait past the 30 day return window to address it – get on the chat & get it taken care of right away. You snooze, you lose!

This is a great ice maker! It’s really easy to use with simple instructions and lights tell you to you need to put water in it and empty the ice. It makes two sizes of bullet shaped cubes and pumps out lots of them quickly. There is a blue light in the machine that illuminates the ice tray area and it’s extremely quiet all you can hear are the cubes falling into the tray. I highly recommend this. Excellent price and great to have as an option to a new refrigerator ice maker or buying bags of ice at the store!
