I found a pair of these shorts in the women’s section at Goodwill. I LOVED how they felt, so I had to buy another pair! They are so comfortable, not too tight, not too short or too long, not too thick or too thin. They fit perfectly. I know they are men’s shorts, but I am almost 6 ft tall and women’s short are almost ALWAYS too short for me. These look amazing! The pockets are perfect and actually hold quite a bit. I usually wear them at home or doing chores, but they still look good enough to wear for a quick trip to the store. They are definitely washable in a washer & dryer. I have washed & dried them several times and they haven’t faded or shrank at all. While doing projects or chores, I have to wear a back brace. These shorts dont get in the way for the brace fitting perfectly. I love that they can fold up really small and barely take up any room. They are definitely worth the price that I paid for them and I cant wait to order more in blue and grey. These shorts function as they should and dont bunch up in places they shouldn’t. I will definitely order more of these shorts again.

I have “training/fitness shorts” from two other brands; but, of all things, I couldn’t find them in the color Navy. I came across these offered in Navy after searching on the Amazon Essentials brand. I have other clothing from Amazon Essentials, and I find those items to be stylish, well-made and a real value (I don’t understand why Amazon has limited its men’s clothing offerings and why Amazon doesn’t restock clothing I’ve bought, because I would buy more). Anyway, while these shorts are not quite what I expected, that doesn’t mean they are not good, well-made shorts. My other shorts have a thicker/heavier feeling to the hand fabric. They are a polyester-spandex/elastane blend just like these shorts. However, the fabric in these Amazon shorts is very lightweight and not quite as smooth-soft feeling. I would say the fabric is more like running shorts. It is stretchy and flexes as you move or change seating positions. Perfect if you want a lightweight pair of shorts for when it’s hot. I wear my other shorts more as “ath-leisure wear”. The on-seam side pockets and zippered rear pocket linings are made from a stretchy mesh, so they don’t get hot against your skin. I appreciate having the pockets. I like the split seam at the bottom outside of each leg. I think these would make good tennis shorts, especially as the inseam is only 7”. Be prepared—these wear shorter than what you might be used to wearing. Definitely not down to the knees. I would prefer 9”, but I knew how the 7” would hit going in. Amazon recommended size Large (I’m 6 ft and weigh 185 lbs). Having bought size Large shorts on Amazon’s recommendation before and finding them slightly too big, I ordered Medium and the fit is spot on.

These are decent workout shorts for the price. They fit reasonably well overall, but I feel that the waist is a bit too tight for the rest of the fit. My waist size is near the low end of the posted range, and these feel somewhat binding to me. Reasonably comfortable fabric but with a highly synthetic feel to it.

Pedí la talla mediana y me quedó bien, no me aprieta ni me queda suelto. Eso sí, por mi altura me queda distinto a cómo le queda al modelo en la imagen. El cordón lo trae por dentro(para sujetar la cintura) La tela es super fresca, es muy buena bermuda para el gym, tampoco trae el típico calzoncillo de red (como los que traen los trajes de baño). En general lo recomiendo ampliamente para esos días de pierna en el gym.

I wear athletic shorts everyday of the year. Recently, I’ve been having to get rid of some of my shorts just due to them being worn out from wearing them over the past 3-5 years. I am in college now and I needed a new pair of athletic shorts and I noticed that these were only $10, so as I am a “Broke College Kid” that was a steal and the worst that could happen is I have an extra pair of sleeping shorts. I ordered them.
When the order had arrived, I was eager to open the package. Upon first impressions, I was highly impressed. I’ve only been wearing Nike, Adidas, and Under Armor shorts. Having the name brand shorts in high School was important, but now its all about affordability and quality. These have a thick waistband which I thought I wouldn’t like, but it actually allows the shorts to not bunch in the waist and they just feel right! The shorts feel a little more rigid then the name brands, but they are still stretchy and comfortable.
Upon wearing them, they are great! I am 5’11, 2XL waist, and have unproportionable femurs so shorts are either too long or bunch up in the mid-region. These fit well, are not too baggy, have a back-zipper pocket (uncommon from the name brands) and I am in love with these shorts.
All-in-all, these are a great pair of shorts especially for the cost. No name brand will be able to give you a better pair of shorts for the cost. So, to the mastermind/team behind these, thank you!

These are a fine pair of shorts. They fit true to size. I’m 5’10, 180 pounds with a 31 waist and the mediums fit no problem. The stretch is great. Fabric is great. Length is accurate.
The ONLY reason I’m giving these a 4 star is because I’m worried about their longevity. Every time I put these on I feel like I’m grabbing my scissors and cutting off loose threads. The stitching looks a little suspect in some parts. Hopefully these hold up! Maybe I’ll come back and edit my review in a few months if they’re still in good shape.
For $20 though, they’re a fine pair of exercise shorts.
Update: so I’ve had these shorts for 11 months now. Wear them about once a week. I air dry them. They’ve held up! No holes or anything and they’re still intact. So my 4 stars has become 5 stars.
