Normally, they are too thin, poor quality, fall apart immediately, etc. These might even be BETTER than qtips brand! I honestly only bought these to save an additional 10% on the amazon brand items I was purchasing (if I got 4 items then I would save that extra amount) so I thought I’d give them a try. The size is perfect, they stay together, and has a range of different uses. My girls love them for makeup application too. Can’t believe it took me so long to find these. Quick shipping, inexpensive, and high quality!! Glad I ordered!

I’ve found them to be an excellent, budget-friendly alternative to the more expensive brand-name Q-tips. In terms of performance, these swabs are absolutely on par with brand-name Q-tips. The cotton tips are soft and absorbent, and they do an excellent job whether you’re using them for makeup, cleaning delicate items, or personal hygiene. They really do get the job done just as effectively.
The most appealing aspect of the AmazonBasics cotton swabs is undoubtedly the much cheaper price. You get a generous quantity for a fraction of the cost of other brands, which is a huge win in my book.
My only minor critique is that the sticks were a little bit less sturdy than what I’m used to with Q-tips. They have a slight flex to them, but it’s not a deal-breaker by any means. They’re still perfectly able to do the job without bending excessively or breaking.
