Amazon Customer –
Not bad. Definitely cheap plastic. It is rather awkward, cumbersome, and clunky, the handle area is rather slick, can’t get a good grip for carrying around. The base takes up lots of space. It sounds like a fan, but on low speed it is pretty quiet w/a nice sound, medium and high is a tad roaring if you are sensitive to sound. The tilt feature is nice. If you sit at a desk and want some air flow that moves up from your feet it would be great for that. The distance of the air flow is pretty far.
What I don’t like is the knob that you use to turn off/on/adjust the speeds. It takes both hands, is pretty resistant to turning, I prefer push button style switches. I tried to see if I could pull it apart to see how hard to clean the blades will be, but I couldn’t get it to budge.
I caught it on a “deal” and will probably keep it simply because what I paid for it I will get my money’s worth out of it if it makes it through the summer. It will make for a nice floor area fan to keep the dog cool on his bed. It also would make for a nice fan to donate to a local cooling program in the community.

I work from home in a small home office and the room can get pretty hot in the summer. The windows are south facing and heat up the room much more than the rest of the house and cranking the AC is not worth the cost when the rest of the house is at a reasonable temp. Enter: this fan! It’s powerful enough for my small room. Not loud at all so I can take calls without turning it off. And most importantly keeps me cool when the sun is beating into the room all day. It’s small enough to put on a desk or shelf if needed but for now I just set it on the floor facing me and it works just fine. Very compact, reasonably priced, quiet but powerful. No notes. Just perfect for my needs. Highly recommend

Great fan! Nicely made, and quiet! Powerful breeze and air flow, even when on the lower settings. Nice size for putting under a desk. The tilt function only tilts upwards, and I wish the speed selector was a little easier to get to.

This Amazon air circulating fan has been a game-changer for keeping my home cool and comfortable. It’s surprisingly powerful for its size—circulates air across the whole room effortlessly, making it feel much fresher without needing to crank up the AC. I noticed an immediate difference in airflow, especially in stuffier corners of the house.
The fan runs quietly, even on higher settings, which is great for using it in a bedroom or office. The build feels solid, and the controls are simple and user-friendly. It’s also lightweight enough to move between rooms when needed. For the price, this fan is a great value—energy-efficient, sleek, and super effective. Highly recommend it for anyone needing better air circulation at home or in the office!

This, so far, has been very quiet, and it moves a lot more air than I would have thought for its size. We bought a second one because we’re so happy with them. Noise bothers me very much when I’m trying to sleep. I’ve had no problems with either of this fans. I recommend it.

I wasn’t expecting much from something branded “Amazon Basics,” but this air circulator fan really surprised me — in a good way. It’s compact, lightweight, and easy to move from room to room, yet it pushes out a serious amount of air for its size.
I’ve been using it in my home office, and it keeps the airflow consistent without sounding like a jet engine. The three speed settings are straightforward, and even the lowest one gives a nice gentle breeze. At full blast, it genuinely helps cool the room and circulate the AC much more efficiently.
Build quality is decent — mostly plastic, but it doesn’t feel flimsy. The tilt feature is handy for aiming airflow up or down, though I do wish it had an oscillating option for wider coverage. Also, there’s no remote control, which would’ve made it perfect.
Bottom line: If you need a no-frills, affordable fan that actually does its job well, this is a great buy. It’s a “basic” in the best possible sense.

It is less powerful than my previous fan of same size but that also mesns it is quieter so I like it. On high mode it would be like medium on previous fan but that’s how much air I like anyway.

I have had this fan for a couple years now and I literally have it running every day on my beside table at night for white noise to help me sleep. The sound is not loud and is enough to cancel out ambient noises so I can sleep. Yeah, I know it sounds crazy but when it is “too quiet” I can’t sleep and any other sounds will snap me out of my sleep.
The fan works well for moving air and does a reasonable job at helping keep the room from getting stuffy on a hot day. Don’t look for it to move huge volumes of air, the fan is not designed for that.
I have been impressed that during 2 Summers now when hot out, this fan runs 24hrs a day. When not hot outside, I run it at night for about 8hrs. That is a LOT of time for the bearings to run and they have performed excellent. It would be interesting to calculate the distance it would have travelled if you took the dimensions of the bearing hub and figure out how many inches of travel in one full 360 degree rotation of the hub. Then multiply by how many full rotations happen per second, then times 60 to equal a minute, then times 60 for an hour then times the average time it has run in a year! LOL…my point is, this little fan has likely spun for thousands of miles on those bearings in 2 years without overheating and it is still going strong! Pretty good for an inexpensive fan when you really think about the wear and durability!

We own three of these in different sizes. They’re powerful, fairly quiet, and seem to last several seasons. We did have to exchange one, because it was out of balance, but this has happened with other branded fans we’ve owned, so it was easily exchanged. All in all….I would recommend these fans as a solid deal.

This an inexpensive fan, it works quite well, and blows a surprising amount of air at the highest speed setting. There are three speeds, each with increasing air flow and it will tilt from down to up. There’s really not much else to say other than it offers the same quality as a Vornado fan at a fraction of the price.
