I used this product April 2024 and roaches were gone within 1 week. It was a little hard to push out the tube. That’s my only dislike. I put it down against baseboards and in the corners of my counter tops. I did it overnight and in inconspicuous places so my kids wouldn’t wonder what it was. The roaches CLEARLY began ingesting it quickly and I woke up to dead roaches and some on their way to death. They would walk out into the middle of the kitchen floor, slowly, in the daylight, so I stomped them. I would walk in the kitchen every couple of hours and stomp more. They were all dead within a week. My house has been roach free for 2 years. I’m still so happy about this product that I recommended it to a few people yesterday. That’s how I ended up writing this late review haha. I showed them the product on Amazon & was like, “oh, how does it have 4.5 stars?” Seriously… IF YOU HAVE ROACHES, THIS STUFF IS A MUST HAVE. Even if it is a little hard to push out the tube… it’s super effective. I promise you’ll be satisfied. It’s worth the price. Roach control: They all died within a week. I have my kitchen back!

The gel comes in easy-to-use syringes, making application simple and precise. We placed small dots of the bait in cracks, crevices, under sinks, behind appliances – basically anywhere we’d seen activity. Within just a few days, we started noticing a significant reduction in the cockroach population. After about a week, the difference was astounding; we barely saw any! It works by attracting the roaches to the bait, which they then carry back to their nests, effectively eliminating the colony.
If you’re dealing with a cockroach problem and feel like you’ve tried everything, I cannot recommend Advion Cockroach Gel Bait enough. It’s incredibly effective, easy to apply, and finally gave us the relief of a roach-free home. This is truly the best solution we’ve found!

I learned about this product from my sister. I don’t have bugs but my son and his now wife did in a high rise apartment they lived in, in Houston. The property managers couldn’t get a handle on the infestation because of so many people who lived in the building and didn’t properly clean etc. Well, I sent this to my son and his wife and Shazam! Their bug problem was handled quick and in a hurry. They have moved now and bought a house, but they noticed the bugs were gone quickly. They have dogs and a cat but didn’t worry about their pets at all because they put the gel where the animals wouldn’t be exposed to the product. They put the gel inside cabinets throughout the house and it got rid of the infestation. My sister used this product in a patients house who she took care of until death. She got the product from her patients daughter who lived in New York at the time an swore by it. So, this product works well. It is well worth the price. I imagine it will work well in any home but be sure to put the product down away from children and pets.

Why did you choose this product over others?: This stuff works so well. The powders and traps and all the cheap stuff just doesn’t work, I kind of inconveniences the cockroaches but won’t kill off an infestation.
I had a terrible infestation of small cockroaches in a rental property I own in the South of England.
I put down one dose of this stuff all over the kitchen and adjoining rooms, in cracks and behind cupboards and in all the dark, hard to reach spots. Within a week or two everything was gone. That was 4 months ago, no resurgence. I’ve just applied a second dose as a mere preventative, just to make sure, but I don’t really think it was necessary.
This is the good stuff.

We had hired a pest control person due to cockroaches and 2 months later they were back. I did a little research and found this product on line. I have never found a product that works so well and so quickly that will kill bugs in the time it stated on the product. Within the 1st 24 hours we had quite a few, within 3 days there were all gone. It does not take much just a little squirt here and there. We now use it every few months even though we don’t have any bugs just as a general maintenance. Be sure to put the cap back on as it will dry out the end of the syringe (but can be fixed). We used 2 tubes to cover the entire inside of the house in the event we had bugs in some rooms (they were all in the kitchen). I do answer a lot of questions for folks on fb and often tell them of this product. No more expensive cans of bug sprays that just do half the job this is our go to now.
