Schaut gut aus und auch vom Material her mit 2mm sehr stabil, Holzgriff ist an jeder Seite mit je zwei Schrauben fixiert. Habe deshalb diesen gekauft weil er im Durchmesser größer ist als die die sonst angeboten werden.
Negativ war: Es wurde in der Lieferverfolgung DPD angezeigt wurde, und man bei USA Lieferungen, auch nachsieht wann und es kommt bzw jetzt ist. DPD konnte die Nr. nicht finden!!!!
Es war ja auch Hermes!! Nur wenn bei Hermes die Nr. eingegeben wird dann ist die da auch unbekannt. Sehr seltsam, war auch nach der Lieferung bzw Abholung an dem Packshop so!!???
Bei Lieferungen aus USA über DHL gibt’s da keine Probleme
Ist von Amazon schon Verbesserungswürdig !!!!!!

Works well for a burger press. I also used it for quesadillas. It may work as a tortilla press but I haven’t tried it yet. For bacon, it’s a little too small and a little light so 4 stars instead of 5. It covers about 3 1/2 slices of bacon but the ends stick out, so you have to move the press around while cooking. Basically, the ends of the bacon end up cooked less just like they normally do.

This burger/bacon press is well built and works great. The wooden handle obviously doesn’t conduct heat so no worries about it getting too hot to hold. The only (minor) complaint I have is that the edges of the stamped metal parts were left as stamped and are fairly sharp. Not sharp enough to cut one easily, but it may still be possibly if you get unlucky. However, it took me only about 10 minutes with a fine file to chamfer and smooth the edges, and now the press is perfect.

I love my burger press! It’s especailly handy for bacon, to keep it from getting all crunkled up. Being stainless steel, this unit is very easy to clean. I like the size (and carefullly ordered this one as it fits my skillet perfectly.) HIGHLY recommended.
