This is a wonderful eyeliner. The color is exactly what I wanted. The eyeliner stays in place and lasts 24 hours. I will recommend this eyeliner and purchase it again for myself. Thank you Urban Decay for the wonderful product and awesome color.

Urban Decay 24/7 glide on eye pencil in Vice (Purple) review – really pretty color! And I like how it has a little bit of sparkle/shimmer. It glides on easily and very smoothly. Pencil can be sharpened. My issue with it is that it smudges. I have hooded eyes that can get oily. So when I wear this eyeliner, it smudges on my eyelids and on my eye bags area. Because it smudges, not sure I can 100% say it’s long lasting. Color eventually lightens and it sometimes needs to be touched up, especially on the bottom lash lines. When I wear this liner, I have to clean it up throughout the day so that my eyes don’t look like a mess. No, I haven’t used a setting spray with it. I did not test if it’s waterproof. In summary, the color is really pretty and it goes on smoothly, but I probably will not buy again because it smudges too easily and too much for me. And it’s not the kind of smudge I like. 3 stars for average rating. I gave it stars for it’s pretty color, creamy/soft texture, and the ease of using it.

I discovered this brand of eyeliner 2 or 3 years ago. It’s the only brand I buy now. I love the shimmery pencils. I have dark brown eyes. Smog (copper shimmer) & Mushroom (taupe shimmer) are my favs for daily wear. This time I tried LSD when it was 40% off. It’s a beautiful navy with a very slight shimmer. You can tell it’s navy & not black. I don’t wear these liners on my waterline. But just below it on the bottom & along my lash line on the top (winged). They last all day for me. I easily wash them off with makeup remover wipes or micellar water. I was scared to buy this on Amazon because some people said they received a used liner. Happy to report that mine was received in brand new condition & at an amazing price. To people that mentioned they had a hard time sharpening this pencil: I use the Urban Decay pencil sharpener & it works perfectly. You can also try putting the liner in the freezer for 10 or 15 minutes before sharpening.
