I received a vacuum cleaner with scratches and several refurbished stickers, but no evidence of having been verified at all past some sharpie and tape on it. Vacuum was completely non functional and could not be used. Wouldn’t hold a charge or ever turn on after sitting on the charging station

I confidently made the decision to buy this cordless hand vac, after watching a review for it on the JUST A DAD YouTube channel (he also posts on Amazon)—highly recommend it for trustworthy reviews of various products. I did check out other reviews for it, but his was the clincher, after I saw him demonstrating the vacuum. This thing’s got strong suction, similar to that of a regular-strength, full-sized vacuum—impressive if the last hand vac you’ve used was something like the Dustbuster in the 80s & 90s 😆.
The attachments (wide head with grippy bottom & crevice tool with hinging brush) that come with it will meet your needs for getting into tighter spaces, or to be able to vacuum rugs or sofas effectively & efficiently.
I don’t know if there was a piece missing from the stationing base, but there was no compartment or caddy for the attachments—there was just open space behind the vacuum, and no notches or anything to click the attachments to, or support them in any way (unless I missed it?), so I made my own with my two favorite building and repairing materials: cardboard & duct tape. After a couple modifications, it now holds the attachments securely. Because I wasn’t able to see from the product images or videos how the attachments were mounted into the holder, I just improvised one. Hopefully, you won’t have to, but it’s no biggie if the need presents itself.
You may already know this about cordless vacs, but their battery life still isn’t meant to last for more than a quickie job—this one sustains usage for 10 – 15 min. max, and you’ll feel the body of the vacuum become very warm, prior to the motor halting.
Understand the function & limits of a cordless vac, and you’ll find yourself enjoying spot-cleaning tasks. Debris cup hinges open into the trash can for easy-emptying, and there’s a HEPA filter that you can wash & reuse (not stainless steel, so it’ll have to be replaced when worn)—it’s amazing how much dust it collects, even if you vacuum the same area daily! 😮
This is an attractive & powerful hand vac, and one I’d highly recommend. I think it’d make an excellent gift to someone who’s on the market for one—I know *I’d* be giddy with joy upon receiving this, because I love anything that enhances my quality of life. The right tools make cleaning fun, and this is one that might be a must-have for your cleaning arsenal! 👍
