I ordered this on january 11,it worked fine for a few weeks and it just stopped working.I changed the batteries cleaned it out thoroughly and still nothing.today is march 4th.I’m very disappointed 😞

I bought these for my grandma bc she’s 91 and has dexterity issues. She said these are a little heavy for her, but she loves them. She’s had them for 4 months and she just asked me to change the batteries for the pepper shaker. Not sure why after only 4 months the batteries need to be changed. As I was putting them in, I happened to feel one of the batteries I put in was warm. Then it was really hot, so we took it out and all of the other batteries as well. I’m guessing the circuitry is crap. It’s annoying bc I can’t return the item. Gonna try customer service, but I’m not holding my breath. This item is amazing when it’s working and broke down way too soon, which makes it a crap item. I would try another manufacturer if there’s any way to figure out who manufactured it.
7-19-24 Update: I received a response from the company and they have offered to replace this unit free of charge. I’m glad because my grandma really likes these shakers.

My first order, my item was wrapped in bubble wrap and came with instructions, my second order (same item) was not wrapped thank God it wasn’t damaged and didn’t have instructions so therefore if I didn’t have the first item I would have NO instructions at all, hopefully once I get the batteries my items will work perfectly! There should be a note attached to this item to let everyone know that only one is in a box and not two like the picture misrepresent!

This is the only type I will buy. The appearance of them are clean and slick. They are very durable due to me having 2 kids it withstands the abuse. They are every easy to use, fill and clean. They are made out of plastic so they pretty clean. You can adjust the amount of product that comes out.
