I got this controller for my boyfriend for Valentine’s Day and I had it charging for 3 hours and it never charged. The picture shows the controller would come in the Sony box and it didn’t. These controllers suck. Do not buy them renewed. For $5 more dollars you can save yourself the headache of returning it and waiting 2 weeks for a refund. I’m very disappointed since this was my first time buying something like this for him.

I was a bit hesitant because it’s a renewed product, but it works perfectly. The buttons and sticks feel solid, and it arrived in great condition. It’s a good way to get an extra controller for the family without spending full price. Very happy with how it performs so far.
