The manual says don’t put in water yet the photo shows the scale getting practically hosed down by the tap… how waterproof is this product?

Great value for the money. I originally got it to weigh small items I was shipping, but the inventory I had started requiring a heavier scale. It worked just as good for weighing a small package as it did for weighing out dry ingredients. Just like any kitchen scale, it’s easy to use and very durable. Its small size makes it easy to travel with, if needed. The color I got was stainless steel. Even though it was for a low price, it looked better and was higher quality than the more expensive ones I saw— and matched perfectly with the rest of my appliances
