So when I bought this product, the first day I took it to the field to put it on my child and the rest of the team, I pulled the lid off and the paint stick came out and fell into the dirt. We couldnât use it. I was disappointed and I left a poor review of the product. I understand things happen, but the company responded IMMEDIATELY and sent a refund right away to make it right. I never asked for that. I didnât pursue it or expect anything. But they took it upon themselves to send a refund and communicate very clearly. This is a company I want to continue to do future business with. This says alot about them and the fact they stand behind their product and was customer satisfaction. I told them I would be happy with just a replacement and I didnât need a refund, but they sent a refund right away to correct the situation and now itâs my choice and I will, purchase another one from them. I have several other colors the same brand and no issues. Great products and they last. So give these folks a try and do business with them.
