Estoy contento de mi compra. El producto es fácil de aplicar: bien a muñequilla (con un paño envolviendo un objeto impermeable para que no chupe mucho gel, y de base plana para favorecer el extendido), o bien con el paño y los dedos para las superficies pequeñas o escondidas. He leído por ahí que es pringoso. No lo pienso así. Al aplicarlo es algo viscoso, pero se extiende bien, se absorbe y se seca con rapidez. Se elimina de las manos por completo al lavarlas con jabón (no hace falta detergente). Al aplicarlo, oscurece el cuero, pero este se aclara conforme se seca el producto. Del resultado a largo plazo, no puedo decir nada. El cuero de mi chaquetón (tipo campero, no estaba encerado) ha quedado flexible y sin olor. El color es homogéneo, sin rayas ni cercos.

Easy to apply, a little bit goes a long way. I found it easier just to use my hands and really work it into the leather. I let it sit overnight like the directions suggested wiped off any residue the next day. Very happy with the product.

The product is really good. A little goes a long way. I did a sectional, a couch, and two large chairs. I still have about half of a bottle. The leather is very soft and looks very pretty.

I’ve never used conditioner before and through research found this product to be well-revered and time-tested, so was able to comfortably grab a bottle without worrying about the fate of my beloved leathergoods.
We were able to condition everything in our household and still have half a bottle remaining. And by everything, I mean tens of goods and some of them conditioned as many as 5 times as they were so dry. This stuff was able to instantly fix the driest, crackliest of leathers. Things that looked and felt surely beyond all repair. We’re talking jackets that were rigid like cardboard, leather that was dry and horribly cracked – the works!
While it won’t fix the cracks (of course), it will rehydrate the leather to prevent further damages. Every single item we conditioned was left supple, like new. I couldn’t believe it because I feel that normally things like this are “snake oil”. I’m happy I tried, though it was a little nerve-wracking.
Here’s a list of everything we did, and still have half a bottle remaining:
3 leather jackets
2 pairs of boots
2 pairs of chaps
3 watch bands
2 leather cuffs
2 leather belts
2 leather jockstraps
4 unmentionable items 😜
Most things except the chaps required multiple coats. One jacket was given around 5 treatments because it was stiff as a board. In some parts, I drenched it directly from the bottle and slathered it by hand into a dense coat then left it to absorb. So, as you can see, a little really DOES go a long way! Ain’t no marketing gimmick!
But, it’s not ALL good. One warning: if the leather is worn around your hardware, it’s possible it can pull or rip out of the leather. This is because the fibers are likely destroyed, and when you rehydrate, the suppleness allows the hardware to pull through. This is what happened to one of my belts. This is no fault of the Leather Honey but rather just the damaged goods. If you have something you really cherish and it’s damaged it’s probably better to hand it to a conservator. Thankfully I can repair my belt myself, but it’s worth keeping in mind for those special items of yours!
I thought my leather was a gonner, so I’m overjoyed to rescue and breathe new life back into it. Happy to have half a bottle remaining for maintainence. The Leather Honey is both quality and value. Given all this, I do recommend this product. Save your goods today!
Effective product –
Leather Honey has quickly become my go-to product for conditioning and restoring leather. I’ve used it on several items—car seats, a leather couch, and even a pair of older boots—and the results have been great across the board. The leather soaks it up and looks refreshed, softer, and more supple afterward. It really brings life back into worn or dry leather without leaving a greasy residue.
I also appreciate that it’s non-toxic and safe for all colors, so I don’t have to worry about discoloration or harsh chemicals. A little goes a long way, which makes the bottle last a long time. It’s been around since 1968, and I can see why it’s still such a trusted product.
If you want to protect, condition, and extend the life of your leather goods, this is a must-have. Works exactly as advertised and delivers excellent results.

My daughter had an accident on my brand new leather sofa. I used this after I cleaned it. Worked perfectly. Sofa doesn’t have a stain at all. Minimal smell from the product and super easy to use. You only need a small amount, so I bet this will last! Picture post stain removal and product use.

I have a leather jacket that I had bought in 1988. I wore it for about 10 years and then put it into a tote for all these years. Just recently I found the tote and my jacket. The jacket was dry and felt on the verge of cracking. I didn’t want that to happen and search for a conditioner. This one was recommended and ordered it. It works. The leather is getting softer as I do each coat of conditioner on it. A few more coats it will be almost like new. It is easy to use. There is no nasty smell. Just put it on, rub it soak in and let it sit and soak in. Add another coat until it is all soft.
