Range hood looks great – easy to install. The box was well packaged, so no damage. I’ve already received a few compliments on it. I did reach out through email to Vikio for assistance identifying the charcoal filters for when it is not ducted. Vivi responded right away from their customer experience team. She was extremely helpful and got me what I needed promptly. So even customer service was great! Thank you.

I purchased this product during my house renovation. I am pretty satisfied as it turns out to be a better choice compared to the other pricy brand I have used. The stainless steel quality is very good, strong and beautiful. It looks pretty nice in my kitchen after installation, and especially the non-touch sensor function impresses that anyone can switch between the fan power by waiving my hand without touching the control panel. Secondly, it is also quiet when functioning and even at the highest level of fan, it is still good. With 980CFM, it clears all kitchen smell out when my wife stir fries dishes. Last but not the least, Great Customer Service! It is very important for a product selling online if customers get response in time for questions or parts for replacement. I was not very sure part of the installation was done correctly by my contractor and emailed the customer service to confirm. The representative Vivi responded quickly even it was their holiday time. So much appreciated of the timely response and help.

I never leave reviews but felt I had to with this pos… cheaply made .. wear gloves while installation I didn’t and it looked like a murder scene as all of the edges are sharp.l and sliced my hands and fingers to bits.. this thing is poorly engineered.. nothing fits together as it should .. installation brackets make it difficult align the exhaust properly.. they put anti scratch tape over the entire thing .. good luck getting it off!!

We purchased this Vikio Range Hood to replace the microwave fan and cabinet above out range. The installation went very well. The Vikio Range hood fit perfectly between the remaining cabinets. The quality and craftsmanship of the Vikio Range hood is great. It is well constructed. We did have a couple of questions and Vikio Customer Service was great. They responded in a timely manner.
We have used the Vikio Range Hood several times since installing it and it is so much better than the microwave fan that we previously used.

I love this piece it’s very functional and looks very nice, the only thing is not really nice is that it make a very strong noise when turn on but it works well with the aroma.
