Overall a nice little toaster for the price. Works well. Only complaint is the crumb drawer pulls out, versus flipping down. Looks nice, but the bottom of the toaster is essentially solid and cannot be removed. When we got a piece of really thin bread stuck, as it slid down between the wires, there was no way to get to it, since the bottom can’t be removed at all.

This is an attractive toaster, but on ours, the bagel function doesn’t work. I didn’t discover it until the return window was closed. So we are looking for another toaster and it won’t be a Bella. Also, the slots are not extra long so if you like that type of bread that has big, long slices, you have to cram it in this one or put it in sideways with part of it sticking out the top.

I’ve used it to toast bread, English muffins, bagels, and even Texas toast, and I was very impressed by how everything came out evenly toasted, regardless of the thickness of the bread. The color is even better than what is shown online, and its size is perfect for a smaller kitchen with limited counter space. It has features which make cleaning it a lot easier than the previous toasters we’ve owned. We’ve also had our kitchen renovated, and its sleek design looks great!

This is a beautiful toaster. I got it in white. Upon receiving it plugged in and pushed both handles down with nothing in it to burn off the usual smell they tend to have. This toaster is lightweight and perfect size. Toast came out perfectly toasted and the defrost is fantastic. I recommend to every and anyone.

I love this toaster! (I did not know I could love a toaster.) It has a small foot print and is so cute. Perfectly designed to be well-functioning and attractive. I wanted a white one – and so this was among my initial picks. The toast comes up perfectly. Really. The bottom crumb tray is a good feature. All of the various buttons work well, and I do like the little click that the selector button makes when I dial the setting I want to use. In summary: this is the best toaster I have ever owned & used.

This is a very nice sleek and beautiful toaster with workable functionality and good springs.
Its color is remarkable and it almost feels like professional grade. Its a decent size too, compared to my old 4 slice toaster, this was noticeably bigger.
This girl can take plenty of different items including rye bread as the slots are wide enough for this and bagels are a definite as well.
I put this on setting 2 for regular white or italian bread and it toast them perfectly each time.
