Brought these for my daughter for Christmas and they do not work they would pair to her phone but she couldn’t hear anything and the part that goes over her ears kept falling off and I can’t return them bc the refund date expired in November

these beats are amazing! i saw a bunch of bad reviews before buying them but gave them a chance, and they did not disappoint! they fit perfectly and are very durable! they did come with 2 usb cords aswell.

Bought refurbished & they work as they should. Bluetooth connects, sound is clear and great. They are super comfy! I guess since they were refurbished, they did have a certain smell that I was worried would get me flagged at TSA if you know what I mean…lol. Other than the smell, love my headphones!
