The belt did not fit my Xmark mower. It was too long. No problems with returning it. My advice would be to include the actual length of the belt in the description.

You should always have extra blades and extra belts. This is a direct replacement of the factory belt on my mower and I have to keep it as a backup. Although I haven’t installed it yet, I have measured it next to an old belt and they are identical (other than color). I’m confident this will fit and happy I found it as they are much less expensive than original.

We bought this belt in April, didn’t begin cutting grass until June and here its only the 3rd week of July and it is completely shredded. Waste of $$. Don’t purchase!

This is a good quality mower belt. It is the same or better than the original belt. Would buy again.
